Axelon’s production facility at Jamnagar is amongst the few having entire in-house production facilities, world class infra, precision turning solutions and custom building components. 

The state of art 2 Lakh sq. ft. manufacturing plant employs over 450 personnel. With its latest and lean manufacturing systems the plant ensures efficient operations every day.

Axelon’s manufacturing facilities are equipped with, In-house Extrusion plant, Sand Casting facility, Machining facility with CNC and conventional Lathe machines and Testing Facilities. Axelon has capability to do wide range of Plating / finishing operations.

Extrusion Plant      Sand Casting Facility

We have a dedicated extrusion plant to make readymade sections and profiles as per customers' needs and requirements. The dedicated extrusion plant rolls out more than 20 tones of finished product per day. This facility ensures that process is error free and final product is as per specification.

Our Sand casting facility has total capacity of rolling out more than 3500 tones of Casting per annum with capacities upto 2kgs.

Machining  Shop

We have full-fledged machine shop with facilities for press, lathe, drill, shape and milling operations. Also we have CNC milling machine and VMC machines. All machines are handed by a trained team of professionals who strive to give accuracy as per drawing and standards.

We have 14 turning centers, 1 vertical milling center, 40 conventional spin machines.

Forging

We have in-house forging presses of 200,250 and 400 Metric Tons, All the forging dyes are developed in-house, we have our own tool room. we can also supply parts customer drawings and forged components are then shot blasted for better finish and then stress relieved.
